How do I retrieve accidentally deleted app on my iPhone?
I don’t remember the name of the app that I removed but I want to reload it

There is not a record of deleted apps, but you can review your Purchase History to find any previously downloaded app. You may need to use the second option in the Support Article to find older apps using the App Store method.
