Refund not showing on Mastercard after approval

I requested a refund of $28.24 and I received a reply that the refund was granted. I checked my Mastercard and the refund doesn’t show on my card. Please advise. Thanks

From the link: "Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, and all other payment methods—It might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you don't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution."

I checked my Mastercard and it still doesn’t show the refund of $28.24. I remember that when I made this purchase I used a gift card of $25.00 that was given to me at Christmas. If you don’t want to refund my Mastercard at least give me back the amount of $25.00 so I can have my gift card amount back. Thanks.
