I just started a free trial of Apple News+ and I'm liking it! Works great on my iPad and iPhone, but I can't seem to get it to work on my Windows 11 PC. When I browse to Apple News+ - Apple there's no option for me to log in. Did I miss a step? Thanks.

Nope.
There is no web access to News. It's only available through the Apps on iPhone, iPad and Mac.
You can offer feedback to Apple if you would like to see a website for it.
