Can I use the AI features with an M3 iMac?
If II get an iMac M3, will it be capable of all the AI features, or is that only for M4 chips? Thank you.

Capable, yes. Apple Intelligence is supported with all M-class processors, and with A17 Pro, and A18.
M4 is faster than M3, where the M4 Neural Engine is ~twice the speed of M3 Neural Engine, for instance.
