You authorized a free trial/subscription through their website at one time. They actually prefer you do that and it was probably encouraged. Most people initially get to their website through a link on Social Media site or website advertisement. That is where they got your account details to bill you directly. They have no access to your account details through the App Store, as it is Apple billing you for those purchases.

What do you see in the app when you go to your Profile under the More tab, then choose Help, followed by Manage Subscriptions?

If you are unable to get assistance from them by cancelling the subscription, you will need to dispute the charge with the bank of the card used. Make sure they block any further transactions as simply issuing you a new card will just transfer the subscription to it, since banks use Credit Card Updaters to give your new card information to merchants.
