MacBook M4 Pro Shows Thunderbolt/USB4 Instead of Thunderbolt 5

Hi Everyone,

I recently purchased a MacBook M4 Pro, which, according to Apple's official specs, should have Thunderbolt 5 ports. However, when I check the system information, it only shows Thunderbolt/USB 4. Screenshot below.

Has anyone else noticed this? Is this a software issue, or is there a way to verify if the ports support Thunderbolt 5 features?

Thanks in advance!

Normal. It's not saying that it's Thunderbolt 4, it's saying Thunderbolt and USB4. If you notice the speed, it says it's up to 120Gb/s which is Thunderbolt 5.

Regards.
