Sending group messages to 50+ recipients

I have a list of 50+ recipients to whom I'd like to send a text message through Apple Messages, Mac OS 15.3. Not all recipients can receive Apple messages. Copying the list into the To: field and sending the message fails.

Any ideas on why this doesn't work, and what a possible work-around might be? Thanks in advance...

You can add up to 32 contacts in one iMessage group chat. If the group chat includes Android users, the maximum number of participants will depend on the carrier’s limitations for SMS/MMS group messages, which is typically much lower than iMessage’s 32 person limit.

If you want to add more users in a group chat, you may want to look into third party apps which usually support many more users.
