Unable to login to Ally Bank account on M4 MacBook Pro

My wife and I share an Ally Bank account. However, Her MacBook M4 will not let her log in. It stalls on the login page and won't go to the next screen. She *can* gain access on her 9 year old MacBook Pro and on my MacBook Pro M1. The bank said they have had problems with several other customers w/M4s but haven't figured out a solution. The 2nd tier tech support gal said to go to Apple Support and see if any of us have figured out a solution to the problem. Anyone figured this one out?

I'm the author of the Ally Bank login problem w/ M4 Macs. The solution (if you are using the latest Safari) is to clear all history in the Safari browser. It immediately solved the problem. BTW, I was not using a VPN. Thanks, "TheLittles" for the solution. Apple Support triumphs again! A bit more information is that when people have a joint account w/Ally Bank, each person has a unique "profile" with their own username and password, even though both people are trying to access the same account information. So if you have an M4 problem, you may need to call Ally and have them help the second person establish his/her own "profile."
