Here is the below path to get rid of constant pop-up's to enable extensions for the system security configuration.
Open System Settings >> General >> Login Items & Extensions >> Under Extensions >> Endpoint security Extensions >> Click on info button >> Enable the third party security Extension.
And Yes, Now no more annoying POPUP's...

Third party AntiVirus is not recommended— it typically does nothing but add issues to the macOS and competes directly with Apple’s own built in security:
