iPhone 14+ has Blue / Coloured Letters in Notes App, how?

Somehow my Notes App is in Blue. I have seen the yellow lettering for mobile ph numbers, but can’t explain or know how to get the Blue Lettering. Please assist me with this oddity in letter colouring. I have included a pic to show what I mean.

To me, it looks like text in an image and not text in the Notes app.

Thank you for your reply…Unfortunately it’s not a pic, it’s the way it appears. I am unsure of what I’ve touched but the result is plain to see. .
