Changing search engine from Google to Safari on iPhone 12 Pro Max

i have a iPhone 12 Pro max

i had safari as my search engine. My really old phone had Google. I needed all my old phone numbers to find one person. So I downloaded Google chrome to get my old information. My search engine changed to google. I want my safari back. It gives me reports and tells me if a search is not safe. How do I make that my only search engine
