I need to find out how many times I have called a particular phone number

And you also must consider the legality of a screenshot or even showing your phone, which is why consulting with an attorney is important. I can alter any screenshot of my phone to make it show whatever I want. Getting the info from your cell provider is easily verifiable by the courts especially when a subpoena is involved. You can try logging into your carrier's website and seeing if you can download detailed billing for the months you need. My carrier allows them to be downloaded as an Excel sheet which makes for easy sorting.

If you can't find all the months you need on the website, contact your carrier directly and ask their policy. They may be able to send you what you need. If that doesn't work, have your attorney subpoena the information.

I just want to see how many times I called this one particular phone number .. I have made a thousand phone calls since then and it old be nice if I could see the call log history of this one particular phone number between today and November 2024..

Recents holds only the last 100 calls and it's not downloadable or searchable. But, as noted, you (or your attorney) should be able to get this information from your carrier.

Agree with others. It is not your phone or even Apple that you will be able to get that verifiable information. You will only get that from your cell provider and how you do that is up to you.

FYI, It NOW holds many, many more.

(my own recents go back 13 months; dating from when I intentionally “cleared” them all.

Unfortunately, it’s still apparently NOT searchable; or downloadable to allow more advanced queries.
