How do I remove cloud converter from MacBook Air?

How do I remove Cloud Converter from my Mac? It is not on my applications list, but appears every time I attempt to open files in Google Drive.

On Google Drive, go to Settings, Manage Apps, find Cloud Converter and uncheck "Use by Default". Use options to remove it.
