Cannot log into Apple education community on one device

I am a member of the Apple Education Community. I am trying to make a blog post for other users on my Apple MacBook, but cannot log in. When I go to the Apple education website, it's fine, and as soon as I click login, it brings me to a spinning wheel of nothing. I have updated the OS, I have cleared my entire browser history, I can log in fine on other devices, but I cannot get in on this device.
