Can’t add new user to Apple TV app

I’ve set up family sharing and added the Apple ID account that I want to add to my tv app but nothing works. I tried manually making them scan the QR code on the tv to make a new user and it says “purchases can only be made in your country” or something and then doesn’t add the user

What happens to apps and subscriptions when family members are in different countries? I live in the United States and am head of a family group on Family Sharing. Most of the rest of my family currently lives in Brazil. After multiple attempts, they continue to not be able to access the same content I can access here, or (in the case of Apple TV+) are being asked to pay for individual purchases just the same as if they weren’t part of my family unit. Is this correct? If not, is there a way of fixing this so they can access the same content I can access here?

Can family members in other countries share in the family subscription? I’m in the U.S. and another family added in the subscription lives in Germany. She cannot access the Apple TV and Apple Music. How can this be resolved?

Hi, I recently bough5 an iPad and so did my sister (family sharing was enabled, but we’re in different countries). Is there a way to activate Apple TV, after she activated one and I deleted her from the family sharing having disabled family sharing. Hi, i recently bought an iPad for myself, and so did my sister. we had family sharing enabled, but we’re in different countries. She has now activated Apple TV offer, but I lost the option to activate mine. Having lernst about not being able to share content via family sharing being in different countries I deleted the family sharing. However still no option for myself to activate Apple TV.
