iPad keyboard functions keys shows names instead of the icons

Hello people,

Recently I underwent a factory reset of some of my apple products. As a result I lost a lot of my settings in my devices. Such as, my iPad on-screen keyboard function keys has changed. For example, before the caps lock key had the arrow icon but now it’s showing “caps lock”.

If anyone has any idea of why this is happening, please guide me to get my old version of the keyboard back.

Change keyboard after update. Ipad Hello, I only want letters on my keyboard. Is there a way to change this back? The update change it to include numbers and symbols above the letters. 🤬🤬🤬 TIA
