Apple Arcade Free for 3 Months

Bought a new iPhone recently and got the information about the free trial for Apple Arcade. Well, I does not work for me. Maybe because I had a trial years ago.

I'm fine with this. But why is my iPhone promoting this to me if I am not eligible? Is this the new "Apple Intelligence"?

btw: The trial for Apple Music worked, although I had multiple trials. But since when I cannot unsubscribe without ending the trials immediately?

You may not be eligible for some free trials if you've previously had one for the same service. Starting with Apple Arcade Apple decided that cancelling the renewal of a trial early would also terminate the trial immediately. They may have rolled this policy out to other subscription trials.
