Iphone doesn't erase all after factory reset

My iphone 7 plus can't erase all after factory reset and it doesn't show the hello screen it's just the same nothing happened the online changes is the my icloud being sign out how to fix this also it say that purchased in April 1978. Is there any way to fix this or this iphone is fake ?

Also Siri is not working if I recovery it in itunes does it resolve my problem?? H
