I saw someone posted 5 years ago, wondering why we couldn’t set custom alerts for events on the calendar. I need to set an alert for 3 hours before the event starts - two hours is too short and one day is wayyy too long. So, 5 years later, I’m asking the same thing: why is it 2025 and we can’t customize our calendar alerts? Please let me know if I’m missing something!!

There is no duration between two hours and one day in the iOS calendar. There is a custom field in macOS which allows other times, but not for the iPhone app. If you feel iOS should have other options send some feedback to Apple at Feedback - Calendar - Apple
