Go check it in your settings : Settings> Your name> Media & Purchases> Purchase history/ Subscription . If you don’t find it in any of them, then you probably didn’t subscribe to it using your apple account. You might have to verify again that your bill reads Apple.com/bill … if it’s through Apple.com/bill, then contact Apple support
