T-Mobile advised me to remove Tik tok app now I can’t access it.

Nope! You will not be able to download or redownload TikTok or even get it from another phone. The only think you can do is access it with Safari on TikTok.com
You cannot copy TicTok from another phone. And it is illegal to download the app in the US. This link explains it.
