If you no longer have your Apple Account password and access to a trusted device or trusted telephone number, and no longer have your Recovery Key, then the Apple Account is permanently inaccessible.

Enabling the recovery key intentionally blocks all attempts to reset a forgotten Apple Account password, except those with the key.

If you are logged into your account or a different trusted device, you may be able to generate a new key. Otherwise, you'll need to find your key or you will forever be locked out of your account.
