I redeemed the offer for three months free Apple Arcade and it only gave me a month. I redeemed it on January 3rd and it expires tomorrow February 3rd and after that it wants to charge me. The offer is still in my settings and when I click it, it still tries to charge me. I have an iPhone 13 if it makes a difference

Did you purchase a qualifying device for the 3 month offer?
If this is the offer you are referring to, note the eligibility is only for new or qualified returning customers. It is not available if you had used a free trial before.

If it is another offer, you are referring to, please provide a link to that offer and let us know if you had ever used a free trial to Apple Arcade before. There is a 1 month free offer if you had never used Apple Arcade before that does not require a device purchase.
Hi yes that is the offer, it appeared in my settings. And as stated in my question when I renewed it I was given a month of free arcade. Then I had to start paying for it. I have never used Apple Arcade before. It just doesn’t make sense why offer me three months then only give me one
I have an iPhone 13 and got it mid last year. Also if I can only redeem it within 93 days why is it still available in my settings and still telling me I can have three months?
I clicked on it and it let me redeem it but only for a month despite saying 3.

I don’t share my account with anyone and Arcade has never been active on this account either.
