My MacBook Air M2 2023 charger is blinking but not charging

i have macbook air m2 2023 my charger is blinking and not getting charge as my battery health is 100 percent and my adapter is also good it’s dual and my iPhone is getting charge from the same adapter , could any help me to resolve the issue
