Deleting and redownloading Instagram app for a new account on iPhone

I want to completely delete Instagram out of my cloud or wherever so I can redownload the the Instagram app so I can sign on a new Instagram account. And I cannot logout from my previous instagram account since it had been banned. How do I do that?
