AirPods case blinking white and green when attempting bluetooth connection

My right AirPod doesn’t seem to be working. After following instructions from YouTube, I tried resetting my network settings, updated my software, and after selecting "Forget This Device" and following all the steps, it still won’t connect via Bluetooth. I’ve tried almost everything.
