The US is one of the places with TikTok bans, but certainly not the only one.

While you might well be located outside of the US, it is possible to have an Apple Account set to the US, or to use a VPN service with the VPN server located in the US.

Sadly, no, it doesn't appear to be banned in the UK. Yet.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

The TikTok app has returned to the U.S. App Store.

Unfortunately, I do not have any updates for Europe at this time.
