Please list the "everything" you've tried. If we don't know what you've tried, we are likely to waste time suggesting things.

The first thing you should do is contact your carrier and make sure everything is set up on their end.

What is it not connecting to? If you mean your home WiFi network, the range on that is going to be around 100-200 feet. Once you're beyond that, you'll need to connect to the cellular network.
