How can I get VO2 Max for an individual workout on my Apple Watch?

it looks Like vo2 max is an average of a number of runs. Is there a way to see vo2 max for a single run?

You should be able to see your actual VO2 estimate after each default Outdoor Run or Outdoor Walk workout.

I can see that in my Health App on the iPhone for each day I start one of those two workout types.

Yes, I can see vo2 max for each outdoor walk but I believe the value is an average of some number of walks.

for example when I walk my dog and track it with outdoor walk my heart rate never goes above 100.

when I power walk my heart averages 140 to 40 minutes.

for both workouts I get the save vo2 max value of 28.7

i would think the power walk would have a higher vo2 max value.
