Unable to reinstall videotron webmail on iPad Air 5th Generation

Wanted to reinstall Videotron webmail on my Ipad Air5. I deleted this as the email were slow coming in since about 2 weeks. When i go to Add Account and filling up all the informations I get the Following message

The SMTP server 'smtp.videotron.ca is not responding. Check your network connection and that you entered the correct information in the Outgoing Mail server' field;

All the informations entered are correct and same as what is showing on my Iphone and PC and Videotron email working A1 on these devices;

Called Videotron and tested by connecting my Videotron webmail through google,through Videotron login and all is working;

Told that it is now and Apple problematic with my Ipad;

Note that i also have ICloud and Gmail webmail accounts that are working A1 on my Ipad;
