Can’t make out going cslls

In trying to retrieve a deleted phone number …(iPhone 15) I must have hit something because Now I can’t make any calls. It just shows as “ call ended”

its not Airplane Mode, Do Not Disturb .. I’ve checked that… I restarted the phone. I know it’s something easy… I just can’t figure it out!

Hey there,

It sounds like something might have been accidentally changed in your settings while trying to retrieve the deleted number. Since you've already checked Airplane Mode and Do Not Disturb, here are a few more things to try:

1. Check Your SIM Card:

  • If you have a physical SIM card, remove it and reinsert it.

  • If you use eSIM, go to Settings > Cellular, toggle Turn On This Line off and back on.

2. Check If Cellular Service Is Active:

  • Go to Settings > Cellular and make sure

Cellular Data is turned on.

  • Also, check Settings > Cellular > Network Selection and try manually selecting your carrier.

3. Turn Off Wi-Fi Calling:

• Go to Settings > Cellular > Wi-Fi Calling, turn it off, and try calling again.

4. Check Carrier Settings Update:

• Go to Settings > General > About and wait a few seconds—if a carrier update is available, you'll see a prompt to install it.

5. Reset Network Settings:

If none of the above worked, try resetting network settings:

  • Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

This won't delete your data, but it will reset Wi-Fi networks, cellular settings, and VPN configurations.

6. Contact Your Carrier:

if the issue persists,Try calling your carrier's support .
