Beats pill XL Recall Programmm - Entering Serial number

i want to participate in the recall Programm for the Beats Pill XL.

When i try to enter the code it tells me it is not valid.

The suggested format of the serial Number is also maybe wrong. The Apple page shows the serial number should have " RAVE XX XXXX-XXXXXX " .

When entering it doesnt accept the space and hyphen.

In the box wher you can enter the code the whole number doesnt fit.

When i enter just the "XXXXXXXXXXX" with out the gap and the it doesnt work.

Anny suggestions? How did you enter the code?
