Apple want to charge 29,97$ from my debit.

Why apple want to charge from my bank account. I never purchase anything?

You probably started a free trial and forgot to cancel it. You can view your purchase history here:

View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services - Apple Support


And also view and cancel subscription here:

If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support


Any charge whether it is a free trial or not requires you to double click the side button with the amount showing on the screen. When it is a free trial it shows when it ends and how much the subscription is if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the expiration date. After double clicking the side button, it will require Face ID or Passcode for verification. It cannot be done by accident. If you give anyone else your Passcode, you are also giving them authorization to make purchases.


If you are the Organizer of a Family Plan and use the Purchase Sharing feature. That gives other members the ability to use your payment method for purchases. You can use Parental Control to restrict what they buy, but that is up to you.
