I got 500 in my apple account but when trying to sent money with Apple Pay it wants to charge my credit cards instead of using my money in account ?

Money in your Apple Account can only be spent with Apple.
you can send cash using Apple Cash (not Apple Pay) which will send using funds in Apple Cash or from your connected debit card.
