Missing Music settings on iPad 6 with Apple Music

Up until recently I had settings for music on my iPad 6 but now has vanished, what goes on, why change it. I’m up to date with iOS and using Apple Music?

Unable to check and uncheck songs in Apple Music on PC in the apple music app on my pc i don't find a box to check a song or uncheck a song. where did that go? can i get it back?
