You can log-in to iCloud with your Apple ID and Apple Account password, if you can recover it.

If you know your Apple ID (email address) you could change a forgotten password at the iCloud online Log-in

Your Apple ID is generally an email address (in a few countries it can be a phone number)

You can search for emails from Apple: see if one or more emails help with which email address is in use..

You may be using that email address for Messages and FaceTime, or have it listed in your contacts.

You may have used it to log-in here ?

First locate your correct Apple Account email address, and then see if you can reset your forgotten password.
