Can’t access, use, or delete some Mail data associated with my existing Apple Account.

I’d like to change my Apple ID account.

Currently, I can’t access, use, or delete some Mail data associated with my existing Apple ID.

I’m wondering if this data will be inaccessible or deleted when I create a new Apple ID.

I own two iMacs, an iPhone, a HomePod, and an OLED TV connected to this Apple ID.

Any advice will be appreciated.

PS : I want to keep my existing e-mail address.

Your iCloud emails are linked to your Apple account, so adding a new Apple account will not help you here.

In fact, having a second Apple account will make things more complicated because it will only allow you to add a new iCloud email address rather than access the ones you are having trouble with.

You need to investigate why you are experiencing issues with your current iCloud email account.

What's actually happening when you try to access your eMails?
