Apple and Meitu auto-renewed subscription without consent
Hi! Apple, please respond to my requests.
MEITU and Apple suddenly charged my money account for ₱1290 for a yearly subscription, which I didn’t subscribe plus they gave me a free trial for it, and I didn’t intend to renew it either.
Now, after they charged me, I requested a refund last night. I requested and put a reason: I did not intend or mean to renew this subscription. And now they didn’t approve of it, I don’t get the reason why they didn’t approve it because I DID NOT INTEND TO BUY THIS SUBSCRIPTION. I only have one chance. Please fix this.
When I checked my Apple account and purchases/subscriptions, I saw the app that says they cancelled this subscription, but it already deducted from my account? I only need a refund.
