Mom is getting notification that unknown Gmail account is tracking her

Started a little while ago. Random notification that unknown gmail account is tracking her. When she tries to click on the notification nothing happens and it does not register in the Screen Time - Notification record.

On her Safari she has her standard Private and Standard tabs, but then a new tab just showed up titled "We no" without her consent nor knowledge of when exactly it showed up.

There is no direct indication of an AirTag on her belongings. All of her location services have recently been turned off.

Very very concerning. And any help with what is going on would be HUGELY appreciated.

A classic scam. Ignore and delete the message. NEVER click or tap on a link in a message like this.

It's still a scam. Tell Mom to tap the Close button in the upper-right corner of the Safari tab.

it's not a message, but a notification on the Lock Screen like any other notification. And a new tab on Safari that she did not consent to
