Is my iMac 2017 compatible with macOS Sequoia?

I have an iMac 2017 21.5" running Ventura 13.7.3, installed on an external 1Tb SSD. According to the App Store, Sequoia OS "works with this computer". However, everything I have read in the internet says that it works with iMac Pro 2017.

Quite simply, will it work on my computer?

It does work with iMac Pros, not with 2017 iMacs.

Just to add, the iMac Pro has an Apple T2 security chip, the 2017 iMac doesn't. Ventura is the last version any 2017 Mac can run, except for the iMac Pro.
