How do I clear my Apple Account balance to change the region?

Nobody on these boards can. Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method from the current region for the extra amount; if you can't, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.

Contact Apple directly and they can clear your balance if you cannot spend it.

Make sure when changing your region you also follow these steps included in the Support Article:

• Cancel all subscriptions
• Add a payment method for your new region if you plan on using the App Store. The region of the bank for the card you use must match the new region set on your device. That is how Apple makes sure you are using the correct App Store.
