Pages custom Sheet size 14 x 11 Problem trying to print as a PDF file

I'm creating a photo picture book or our trip. I had the great idea to create the book with PAGES (14.3) instead of going to the Costco/Shutterfly web site and adding each page element (Pictures, and text) one at a time. I created a custom page size 14 x 11 and made each page to fit the final 11 x 8-1/2 inch size. I wanted to print each page as a PDF file to export later to the photo book site. (I won't actually print the PDF document on paper I just want the PDF file to export as an image.)

However since my page size is not standard, Pages will not allow me to create the PDF file.

Screenshot (see attached) will allow me to make a copy of the page,(as a PNG file) but the text portions show all the blue paragraph and space symbols. I can create a cut and paste work around, but hope you can offer me an easier option to make a PDF file.

Solved my PAGES problem with the Shutterfly / Costco photo book pages. Pages CAN print a PDF file, but you need to use a standard 8-1/2 x 11 page size. I created a rectangle shape to the page size I needed, I also created a slightly smaller rectangle to create a smaller shape to define my useable working space. (You don't want photos or text going right to the edge of the page.)

I then selected "constrain proportions", and just shrank that down to a size that fit on my standard page. After adding page edge guides, (dashed lines), I used this as a page template for each page I wanted, and then added my backgrounds, photos and text.

Once each page was done, I could create a PDF file, and from the PDF file, I exported that as a JPEG.(Experiment with the DPI setting to get a decent file size.)

The JPEG was accepted by Shutterfly and used to create my photo book pages.
