Minecraft window minimizing and breaking after desktop swapping on specific account

Whenever I boot up a game, like Minecraft, and swipe sideways to swap desktops, the game minimizes, then zooms in properly to the new desktop, and when I switch back, I need to click Minecraft in the dock to open it back up. I do not have this issue on my other account, and it seems to be an issue with only this account. Additionally, if I quickly swap accounts with my fingerprint during the process and then come back, the entire window breaks, and forces me to zoom in to a random part of the screen.
