Yes, there are a few ways you can try to recover permanently deleted photos from your iPhone:

1️⃣ Check the "Recently Deleted" Folder – If the photos were deleted within the last 30 days, go to Photos > Albums > Recently Deleted and restore them from there.

2️⃣ Restore from iCloud Backup – If you have an iCloud backup from before the photos were deleted, you can reset your iPhone and restore the backup during setup (Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Erase All Content and Settings). Just note that this will overwrite your current data.

3️⃣ Restore from iTunes/Finder Backup – If you previously backed up your iPhone to a computer using iTunes (Windows) or Finder (Mac), you can restore the backup by connecting your iPhone and selecting "Restore Backup." This will also replace existing data.

To prevent future data loss, consider enabling iCloud Photos or regularly backing up your iPhone.

Just remember, if iCloud Photos has been enabled, the iCloud backup will not include your Photos. Even the iTunes backup on a computer can only include the photos, that have been downloaded from iCloud are stored locally on the iPhone.

if you are using iCloud Photos, only the current state of your Photos Library is saved in iCloud. If "recently deleted" is empty on your device, it will be cleared in iCloud as well, as intended. The iCloud syncing is meant to keep the data on all devices and in iCloud identical. It is a great feature to have. If our device is damaged, lost, or stolen, we can restore the current state on a new device, but we need to archive our iCloud data outside of iCloud to be able to recover older items or to revert to a previous state, if we messed up our iCloud data ourselves or our pet walked across the touch screen.

Archive or make copies of your iCloud data
