Apple Cash Permanently Restricted
I had my bank account, card, credit card, and Apple Pay hacked in January. I have resolved the issue with my bank and credit cards but today I found out my Apple Pay it’s permanently restricted! I tried calling and explaining the situation but all they could tell me due to policy they have to keep a permanent ban on my account. They couldn’t give me much information, they said they would email me the policy then never did. I feel like I’m being punished for being hacked! This is unlawful. They claimed all they can say is , it is due to the dispute. But I stood there shocked and then questioned. “ was I not supposed to dispute charges they were not me? I got hacked. What was I supposed to do” all they could say is I don’t know these are our rules, look at the terms and conditions. I just don’t know what to do 🙁 how can I get my account back up and running?
