Running QuickBooks 2016 on macOS system 14.7

I had to buy a new computer so I decided to purchase a MacBook Air with Mac OS system 14.7 My old system was a Mac OS Sierra Verson 10.12.6 which I used with Quick Books 2016 for my business. Does anyone know how or if I can get that QB 2016 to run on my new MacBook Air.

I do not believe that QuickBooks 2016 is compatible with macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or higher. This would mean that it is incompatible with Sonoma (macOS 14), or the latest version of macOS, Sequoia (macOS 15).

QuickBooks Help – Risk of data file corruption and data loss for QuickBooks Desktop for Mac users who attempt to run QuickBooks on macOS Catalina

"To avoid data loss and crashes related to macOS Catalina, users of QuickBooks Desktop for Mac 2015 and 2016 -- who wish to continue using a QuickBooks desktop product with the new macOS Catalina -- must purchase an upgrade …"

The page says that it was "Updated 2 years ago", so I would check elsewhere on the Quicken site to find out what the current version of QuickBooks would be. It looks like QuickBooks may be selling both a desktop product (that has the name QuickBooks Mac Plus 2024) and an online service (QuickBooks Online). I am not familiar with them, so check with Intuit what the features, pricing, and migration of data from QuickBooks 2016 would be like.
