You’ve asked this question three times in the last 24 hours. Dust inside the flash does not affect photo quality. I don’t think you have any dust in the flash. The cover over the flash is frosted and it would be impossible to see dust. I think you are mistaking the frosted cover for dust. It’s not dust, it’s an etching in the glass to diffuse and soften the light to make the light softer and yield softer facial skin features.

Please take a photo your flash with the dust.

The cover is non-user replaceable. You’ll need to take to Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.

The dirt around the outer edge is considered cosmetic and not covered under any Apple warranty. The dirt does not affect photo quality.
