Unable to use Touch ID and access passwords on iPhone after dropping it down the stairs

Hi everybody, so the story starts when me and my friend were going to the store to pick up groceries, on the way there i realised my touch id was broken, i went home and installed the latest update, and everything started working , well until i dropped my phone down the stairs, surprisingly it didnt shatter but after few minutes it turned off and turned back on just to realise my touch id didnt work, it wont even click and everytime i open my phone the message „ unable to use touch id on this iphone” pops up, i have important passwords that i can’t remember, i have them saved on my passwords app but the thing i when i try to unlock it it says” stolen protection is on” which means i cant do anything with my passwords, since i dont have any money right now its impossible for me to get it fixed, is there something i can do? Every help appreciated. Thanks
