After update to 18.3 from one card payment in shop not working

I have 7 cards in my Wallet in iPhone 12 mini

before update it works

now I select card , try to pay at shops terminal, hears voice like success, but terminal returns unsuccessfully. On history of my telephone no records for operation after update

same problem on other iPhone 11 , after update to 18.3

problem only with one card

My wife use iPhone 15 pro and doesn't like updates) She wait some period and may be I'll do the same . She has 18.1.1 and same card on her telephone works perfectly
