Total calories on Apple Watch not updating without turning iPhone off
Since last update my iwatch won’t update to the current calories burned without turning off my iPhone.

Did you already try to force restart your iPhone and Apple Watch after the recent watchOS 11 and iOS 18.3 updates?

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.
